Reservation Policy:

Annual Reservations: (Reservations made by return renters a year in advance). A deposit of 50% of the cabin rental amount is due prior to departing or within 30 days after the end of the current year’s reservation.

New Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the cabin rental amount is due within 7 days from date reservation is made.

The remaining 50% of the cabin rental, plus 7% tax, docking and/or boat rental is due upon arrival.

Reservations made less than 30 days prior to date of arrival: Payment in full is due when reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations cancelled at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund.  Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a 50% refund, if the cabin can be re-rented.

Check-In time is 3:00 pm - Check-out time is 9:00 am

What to bring:  Our cabins have all the amenities you will need to be comfortable during your stay. Each kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator and stove. All cabins have full bedding and pillows. We also start each cabin with a few rolls of toilet paper and a few garbage bags. We do not provide bath or kitchen linens so please bring your own. 

Dogs:  We love dogs and we welcome your well-behaved dog(s) to Les Cheneaux Landing. Please let us know before you come if you will be bringing a dog. Our resort is dog friendly but we ask that you have your dog(s) within your eye sight at all times. It’s not uncommon for neighboring dogs to wander over off leash. Please also be vigilant about cleaning up after your dog(s).  You will be asked to sign a Dog Agreement & Waiver Form. There is a limit of 2 dogs per cabin.

Weekly/daily charge for one dog: $100.00/$20.00

Weekly/daily charge for a second dog: $50.00/$10.00

Resort Rules:

• No smoking is allowed in ANY of the cabins on the premises.
• All areas of the premises are maintained to be reasonably safe and free of hazards for normal use. Owner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or illnesses caused by the recklessness, negligence, or failure to exercise reasonable care and caution by guest or members of guest’s party or visitors while on the premises.
• Keep property and furnishings in good condition, and only use equipment and appliances for their intended uses. Please report any problems or needed repairs to the resort manager as soon as you become aware. 
• Parking & Occupancy - Please adhere to the maximum occupancy of each cabin. Guests must part in the designated parking space for their cabin rental. If additional parking is needed, please check with resort management.
• Please observe Quiet Time from 11 pm to 8 am.
• Housekeeping - Daily housekeeping services are not included. There are no public laundry facilities on the premises. There is a laundromat in Hessel. If bedding needs to be laundered, please take items to the resort office.
• Please do not rearrange furnishings.
• Please make sure all dishes, bowls, glassware, pots, pans & utensils that are in the cabin when you arrive, are back in the cabin before you leave.
• The dumpster behind the resort office is provided for your bagged garbage.
• For safety, no glass on the beach or docks.
• No diving from dock. Refrain from rough horseplay and running on dock. Swim at your own risk. Swim mat is to be used at your own risk. Dogs are not allowed on the swim mat.
• Use extreme caution when the dock or any wooden decks or walkways are wet, as such surfaces can become slippery.
• If fishing or hunting use the fish cleaning station. DO NOT PUT ENTRAILS IN THE DUMPSTER. Leave entrails in the buckets at the fish cleaning station. Do not clean fish in the cabin.
• Campfire – Please use campfire wood provided at the fire pit; do not remove wood from the woodshed behind office. Do not extinguish fire with sand; let it burn out or pour water on it. Do not remove sand or ashes from fire pit. Please do not build a huge fire and be sure to keep fire contained in designated area.
• Rules for your dog(s) are outlined on the Dog Agreement & Waiver Form.
• Internet: Please do not give out our wireless internet password outside of your rental party, transmit any material that is unlawful, transmit any material that infringes copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, use the internet for excessively high volume data transfers. By electing to use our WiFi, you assume all risk and hold us harmless in the event of any damage you may suffer due to any security breach.
